3、be 动词用在特殊疑问句
在特殊疑问句里,be 动词仍然移到主语前面,但特殊疑问句是以特殊疑问词开头的,所以be 动词只能说是移到主语前面,或者说是在特殊疑问词的后面。例如:

Who was singing in the room? Mr. Zhang was.
Where are you from? I am from Wuhu.
What class were you in? We were in Class 2.
How old is Tom? He is ten.
4、be 动词的否定句
be 动词做谓语时,它的否定形式是在be 后加not,并且可以缩写。例如:
It is not sunny today.
Tom and his friends are not in the park.
You were not nine years old when I went to the university.
He was not often late for his class when he was a student.
I wasn\'t here yesterday.
My parents weren\'t at home last Sunday.
5、be 动词的祈使句
be 动词的祈使句有肯定和否定两种形式。肯定形式是以be 动词开头,而否定形式或强调句形,要加don\'t 或do。例如:
Be careful!
Be a good boy!
Don\'t be silly!
Don\'t be a fool!
Do be obedient!
Do be careful.

开展课外阅读活动,强化阅读理解能力
在课外阅读中,学生是主体,教师应把学习的主动权交还给学生。同时,教师还应在教学中指导学生掌握正确的阅读方法和技巧,并督促、检查学生的课外阅读情况,及时作出反馈和评价。教师还应督促学生反省自己的不足,并及时调整阅读学习策略,不断提高阅读的能力。我国是汉语言国家,在缺乏英语语言环境的情况下,加大学生的课外英语阅读量,也是提高高中英语能力的一种方法。要提高学生的阅读能力和自学能力只进行快速阅读训练是不够的。如果以每周1000个词来计算, 学生一个学期只能完成1-1.5 万个词的阅读量,不足以使学生从中获取到独立阅读英语文章的基本技巧。所以,除快速阅读外,我还开展了课外阅读活动,目的在于增加阅读量。向学生提供较多而且题材较广的短小精悍的阅读材料,并要求学生相互交换各自的不同阅读材料,要求每人每天课外阅读600个词的短文,这样,既增加了阅读量,又扩大了学生的知识面,更提高了学生的阅读兴趣。学生可以根据自己的实际情况阅读难易适当且感兴趣的文章、作品。因此,课外阅读可以满足不同层次的学生对英语阅读的需求。通过一个多学期课内与课外相结合的课外阅读训练,学生的阅读速度明显加快了,由开始时的30-40词/分钟到现在普遍50-60词/分钟,有些甚至更快;阅读能力也明显提高了,体现在做阅读理解题时,学生们的正答率比以前有了提高。

要想把英语口语练习好,首先从基础的英语语法上要引起重视,认真学习语法,通过语法,练习发音,从一开始就要养成发音准确的好习惯,发音准确,口语连贯起来才会自然而好听。

3.Reading skills阅读)
a. Intensive Reading: When we read the intensive articles, we should make notes of the new words and phrases and good sentences. After reading them, we may ask ourselves some questions about them by using such words: Who, What, Why, When and Where. Then try to answer them in our own words.
精读:在精读课文时,我们要把生词,词组,句型做成笔记.读后要试着用这些疑问词提问自己:谁,什么,何时,何地且努力用自己的话来回答.
b. Extensive reading: We must train our ability to scan, skip and read fast. Namely, the ability to catch the key words, the topic sentences and the drift of the articles.
泛读:要培养浏览,跳读和快读的能力.即抓住关键词,主题句和中心大意的能力.
c. Reading speed: Three ways to improve our reading speed: 1) Reading the articles from the beginning to the end without intervals so to catch the rough idea of the articles on the whole. Never waste too much time on some new words and single sentences. 2)We may keep time when reading articles.3) When reading articles, we can point at the words with our finger or pen point and our eyes move with the finger quickly so that we are able to read very fast.
